FAQs

Where is Jump Revolution located?

You can find us up at Springfield Business Park, Caunt Road, Grantham NG31 7FZ – see the contact page here for a Google map and full details.

Is there a trampoline park age limit?

One of the great things about trampolining is that anyone can do it, from young children to parents and even grandparents. Jump Revolution is fun for ALL ages! However, to ensure everyone is safe, only children aged 6 years and older may jump unaccompanied in the main area. This is to make sure big people don’t bump into small people. Children aged 4 and 5 need a paying adult jumping with them (1 adult per every 2 children) at all times. Children under 4 can only jump during designated toddler sessions.

What is the minimum age for using the Jump Revolution facilities?

You must be age 16 or over to take part in our Jump Fit classes. Where a participant is under 18, an adult or guardian aged 18 and over must co-sign your PAR-Q.
Under 18s must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian in order to jump.
Under 4’s are only able to Jump during designated toddler sessions.
Children aged 4 and 5 who are jumping must be accompanied by a jumping adult at all times.
Parents or guardians are responsible for their children in the park at all times.

Can I come and watch?

Yes, you can come and watch all the fun and go upstairs to our mezzanine viewing gallery and cafe. We offer FREE WiFi and you can grab a refreshing drink and a snack.

What should I wear?

Something comfortable. You will be having a blast and getting a great workout so exercise gear is fine. Jump Revolution Grip Socks must be worn on the Trampoline Park. We sell these at reception – the ‘grippy soles’ will help you get the most out of your jumping experience and help to keep you safe. Price is £2.00 a pair, and they come in sizes Small (9 – 1), Medium (2 – 7) and Large (8+).

Is there a weight limit on the trampolines?

All participants must be no more than 120kg / 19 stone.

Do I need to book in advance?

We highly recommended booking in advance to ensure you can jump when you want. Weekends and holidays sell out in advance and walk-ins cannot be accommodated if we are sold out. Visit the booking page here to check availability and make a session booking.

Can I pay on arrival at the park?

Unfortunately all bookings must be paid online through the payment portal at booking stage. If you are unable to do this online, you can make a booking over the counter, however this will mean you are not booking in advance and run the risk of missing out or waiting for a session with available space. If you’d like to pop into Jump Revolution to book in advance and pay by cash a member of staff will be happy to help with this.

Is my booking refundable or transferable?

Please see our Terms & Conditions for details of our cancellation and refund policy. If you have further questions about this please contact us.

What time should I arrive for my booking?

We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes prior to your booked jump time to check in and get ready for your session.

Are there lockers available?

Yes there are plenty of lockers available, they use a £1 coin and are fully refundable.

Is there food available?

Yes, we have a café with freshly made pizzas, toasties, sandwiches and jacket potatoes. Homemade cakes and snacks with a selection of hot and cold drinks.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

No, we don’t allow outside food or drinks to be consumed on the premises. The only exception is if you’ve booked a birthday party.
